PBG is working with an Am Law 200 law firm in the expansion of their DC office. This is a mid-western firm with a long-standing presence DC. In expanding their environmental law group in DC, the firm seeks practitioners with experience in advising clients on regulatory obligations under the federal environmental statutes, especially with respect to the Clean Air Act, Clean Water Act, Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA), CERCLA, NEPA, and other environmental regulations. Experience with the utilities sector a plus.
The ideal candidate will have an established book of at least 500K with a regional private practice client base. This is a fantastic opportunity for law firm partners who seek greater rate flexibility and autonomy. The firm welcomes partners who have an interest in taking on a leadership role within the firm.
Candidates must be members in good standing of the DC or MD Bar.
