PBG is working with the legal department of real estate company specializing in Class A life science real estate in their search for a Senior Counsel. The company is vertically integrated and develops, leases, manages, finances, and acquires life science real estate throughout the US and UK. This position will be based in Cambridge, MA.
The ideal candidate will be a real estate attorney with at least 7 years of experience in leasing, permitting, financing, and development and construction. This is a highly collaborative team where problem solving, attention to detail, and initiative are essential. The team values attorneys with strong communications skills and an ability to work independently. This is a dynamic legal department that handles a broad range of matters including commercial property management, development, and construction. Attorneys from law firms or in-house legal departments are welcome to apply. Candidates must be licensed to practice law in Massachusetts.
