PBG is working with a mid-sized DC-based law firm to hire a mid to senior level international trade associate to join to join their customs and import controls team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of experience in customs and import trade law, including: enforcement actions; customs compliance counseling ( tariff classification, valuation, country of origin, free trade agreements, duty drawback, AD/CVD scope matters, IPR); tariff mitigation strategies; customs audits; duty-saving programs; voluntary partnership programs (ISA/CTPAT); and customs litigation. Experience with AD/CVD proceedings before the U.S. International Trade Commission and the U.S. Department of Commerce is strongly preferred.
