The ideal candidate will have experience in securities, contracts and compliance and have experience at a large law firm and as in-house counsel. Expertise in ’33 and ’34 Act reporting and disclosures is required and experience in IP licensing, data privacy, or employment law is preferred. Knowledge and experience regarding higher education law (FERPA, Title IV, Title IX) and international students visas is a plus.
