The firm is seeking an experienced, motivated, and entrepreneurial partner candidate with significant experience serving top-tier clients in the DEA arena or in-house experience with DEA. Clients of the group include urban and rural hospitals and health systems; academic medical centers; research institutions; biotechnology companies; pharmaceutical, medical technology, and device manufacturers and distributors; retail and wholesale pharmacies; pharmacy compounders; durable medical equipment suppliers; electronic medical records vendors; and data security specialists. The firm is seeking an experienced attorney to expand the group’s capabilities and platform in providing counsel to clients regarding all facets of DEA and controlled substances law.
