PBG is working with a collaborative and dynamic litigation firm in their search for an experienced attorney to join their commercial bankruptcy practice. This is a national firm with over 80 attorneys across 17 offices. This position is based in Washington, DC.
The ideal candidate will be an attorney with at least 8 years of bankruptcy litigation experience. The partner leading this group practiced an Am Law 50 firm in a Chambers ranked bankruptcy practice for many years. This is a very entrepreneurial firm looking for an experienced bankruptcy litigator as part of succession planning. It’s an excellent opportunity to take over a bankruptcy practice that focuses primarily on the creditor and committee side at a firm that is best known for their litigation practice.
Given its size, the firm has a very tight-knit culture and is best for attorneys who enjoy a work environment that has less structure and more room for creativity. The founding partners are very business minded and have built a firm that welcomes out of the box thinking. This is an ideal opportunity for AmLaw 100 associates who are seeking a move to a collegial firm with no sharp elbows, more reasonable hours expectations, while working on sophisticated work with the industries best and brightest.
Applications will be considered on a rolling basis. Interested applicants should apply immediately. Applicants who are not admitted in good standing in at least one jurisdiction will not be considered.
