PBG is working with a DC-based AmLaw 200 law firm to hire a junior to mid-level environment and product regulation associate. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience at a law firm or with a federal government agency practicing in environmental law. Experience with environmental, occupational safety, consumer product regulatory and enforcement matters is a must. Experience with Toxic Substance Control Act (TSCA), Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA), pesticide and chemical control matters strongly preferred.
Candidates must be a licensed attorney in the District of Columbia or eligible to waive in for serious consideration.
