Experienced Corporate Associate (M&A)

PBG is exclusively helping a chambers-ranked boutique firm looking to expand their corporate practice group through adding an experienced associate or counsel with 3+ years of M&A experience.

The firm advises the consumer finance industry with clients including fintech startups, big banks and small mortgage providers. This opening is not currently being advertised. They are looking to bring on an experienced corporate associate or counsel who can handle the transactional work for their clients, including mergers and acquisitions in the mortgage industry.  Other transactional work could include:  mortgage servicing rights purchase and sale agreements; joint venture transactions; shareholder and operating agreements for start-up ventures; and warehouse financing arrangements and other credit facilities.  You would be working closely with the chair of the practice group. This is an opportunity to gain significant hands-on experience working directly with clients and shepherding deals from A to Z.
