Litigation Associate – Environmental Casualty

PBG is assisting a chambers-ranked boutique law firm that represents sophisticated insurance clients on complex matters including in the areas of Insurance and Reinsurance, Bankruptcy and Restructuring, and Commercial Litigation.

The firm is seeking to hire an experienced senior associate or counsel-level attorney with significant experience representing the insurance industry, and with particular expertise in environmental casualty litigation.  This role will be part of succession planning and would be positioned to take over leadership of the environmental-related litigation practice area.  The ideal candidate would be able to first-chair cases and oversee junior associates at every phase of litigation from fact discovery, motions practice and trial.
