PBG is working with a collaborative and dynamic litigation firm in their search for an associate to join their commercial bankruptcy practice. This is a national firm with over 80 attorneys across 17 offices. This position will be based in Washington, DC. The ideal candidate will be an attorney with 3-5 years of bankruptcy litigation experience. Candidates MUST have experience in Chapter 11, commercial, and corporate bankuptcy litigation. Experience representing creditors in Chapter 11 proceedings is preferred. Candidates should have experience litigating all aspects of adversary proceedings and contested matters arising in bankruptcy cases, including the handling of discovery and motion practice. Ideal candidates will also have experience in white collar and/or FCPA investigations and litigation. Candidates with experience in personal/individual alone will not be considered.
