PBG is working with a mid-sized regional firm seeking a mid to senior level associate to join its expanding Real Estate Finance team. They are looking for an attorney with commercial real estate finance experience with a solid understanding of real estate lending transitions. Preferably the candidate will have affordable housing and tax credit program or healthcare experience but they will also consider general finance experience.
In this role you will work directly with partners on complex finance transactions, drafting and negotiating loan documents and other transaction documents, and due diligence review.
