Tax Associate

PBG is working with with a top international tax boutique firm on their need for a junior to mid-level tax associate. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience at a law firm in corporate tax transactions. Experience in federal income taxation of domestic and cross-border mergers, acquisitions, spin-offs, acquisition financing, and/or corporate tax planning is preferred. This is an exciting opportunity for associates attorneys to work alongside Chambers ranked attorneys who are leaders in this area.
